I didn't receive the activation e-mail.

Check your SPAM folder. If the e-mail hasn't arrived within 5 minutes — contact us with the address you used to register: info@airender.pl

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

In the sign-in window click Forgot password. A link to set a new password will be sent to your e-mail address. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Can I have multiple accounts?

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly violates the terms of service and may result in an account ban.

How do I delete my account?

Sign in to the panel at airender.pl/app, go to Account settings and use the Delete account option. Personal data will be anonymized in accordance with GDPR. Transaction history is retained for 5 years for tax purposes. Unused credits are forfeited.

Do new users get free credits?

Yes — every new user who confirms their e-mail address automatically receives 10 free welcome credits. No credit card required.

Installation and startup

Windows SmartScreen blocks the installer — what should I do?

Click More info → Run anyway. This message appears for new apps without a code-signing certificate — it is normal Windows behavior and the app is safe.

The app doesn't start after installation.

Make sure you are running Windows 10 or newer (64-bit). Try running the app as administrator (right-click → Run as administrator). If the problem persists — write to info@airender.pl.

I can't see the app icon in the system tray.

Click the ^ arrow in the system tray (bottom-right corner of the screen) — the icon may be hidden. You can drag it to the visible tray area so it's always accessible.

Does the app work without internet?

No. CRS aiRENDER requires an internet connection for AI image processing and account verification. Without a connection the app will start, but rendering won't be possible.

Is there a Mac or Linux version?

The desktop app is available for Windows 10/11 only. Users of other systems can use the web version at airender.pl/app — it works in any modern browser.

Rendering

How long does rendering take?

Usually 15–40 seconds for 1K and 2K resolutions, up to 60–90 seconds for 4K. The time depends on Google Gemini server load and may vary by time of day.

The render doesn't meet my expectations — what can I do?

Try a more detailed style description in the prompt — the more specific, the better. You can also use a style reference (a photo of an interior whose style you want to reproduce) or the Fix element feature to change a selected part of the visualization.

Gemini rejected my image — what does that mean?

The AI model has safety filters that may reject photos containing people or other content against Google's policy. In that case no credits are charged. Try a different photo or crop out the problematic part.

Can I write prompts in my own language?

Yes — the app supports both Polish and English. English may give slightly better results for some styles due to the model's larger training base, but both languages work correctly.

Are my projects stored on the server?

No. Images are sent to Google Gemini solely for processing and are not permanently stored on our servers. Details are described in the Privacy Policy (PL).

Where are rendering results saved?

In automatic (watchdog) mode — the result is saved next to the original CAD file, with the _CRS_aiRender suffix. In manual mode — in the Pictures folder (~/Pictures) with a filename containing the date and time.

Credits and payments

When do credits appear on my account?

Immediately after Paynow confirms the payment — usually a few seconds after approving the BLIK code or card transaction. If credits haven't appeared within 5 minutes — contact us.

The payment failed but money was charged.

The funds will be refunded automatically by Paynow within 1–5 business days. If that doesn't happen — contact us at info@airender.pl with the transaction date and amount.

Do credits expire?

No — credits never expire and remain available indefinitely. Buy a package and use it at your own pace.

Can I get a refund for purchased credits?

Under the terms of service, once credits have been used no refund is due, as the digital service has been performed. If no credit has been used — contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. Fill in your billing details in the web panel (airender.pl/app → Billing details) and an invoice will be issued automatically after each purchase.

How does the referral program work?

Invite a friend using the 👥 Refer button in the app or the web panel. When the invited friend makes their first credit purchase, you automatically receive 10 credits. Each e-mail address can be invited only once.

Technical issues

The app freezes during rendering.

This may be caused by temporary server overload. Wait a moment and try again. If the problem recurs regularly — check your internet connection and send an error report (the app will ask for consent automatically after a failed render).

How do I send an error report?

After a failed render the app automatically asks whether you'd like to send a report. You can preview what will be sent — the data does not include your projects or files, only technical information about the error. Your reports help us improve the app.

The app detects its own output files as new.

CRS aiRENDER automatically ignores files with the _CRS_aiRender suffix. If the problem persists — make sure your CAD output folder and the app's monitored folder are the same folder (they should be), or contact support.

My account has been blocked.

If you see an account-block message — contact us at info@airender.pl with the account's e-mail address and a description of the situation. We'll aim to resolve it within 1–2 business days.

How do I publish my visualization in the public gallery?

After generating a render click Share (desktop app) or 🖼️ Gallery (web panel), tick "Submit to the public gallery" and optionally add your signature (name or studio). The work goes through moderation — once approved it appears at airender.pl/en/gallery. You can track the status (pending / published / rejected) in the Your gallery tab of the panel.

What do I get for publishing in the gallery?

Every approved work earns you +1 credit (you'll get an e-mail). Your works also collect ❤️ likes, compete in the monthly ranking with credit prizes, and build your public portfolio with your signature.

How do the monthly ranking and prizes work?

Gallery visitors click ❤️ on works they like. The three works with the most likes collected in a calendar month win credits: 1st place — 10, 2nd — 5, 3rd — 3 (winners get a congratulation e-mail). The winning work wears a 🏆 badge in the gallery for the following month. The ranking resets to zero on the 1st of every month — everyone gets a fair shot. Your current position is shown in the Your gallery tab.

Who can like a work in the gallery?

Any visitor — no registration or login needed. One like per person per work (clicking again removes the ❤️). We do not store IP addresses in the process — visitor privacy matters too.

What is my author gallery (portfolio)?

Every author with a published work gets their own public page with all their works, signature and like counters — a ready-made portfolio you can send to a client as a single link. You'll find the link in the Your gallery tab (with copy and Facebook share buttons). In the main gallery your signature links there as well.

Can potential clients contact me through the gallery?

Yes — if you enable it. In Your gallery tick "Allow visitors to contact me via a form". A contact form appears on your author page; messages arrive in your e-mail inbox (just hit Reply — it goes straight to the sender). Your e-mail address is never shown publicly. The option is off by default.

How do I remove a work from the gallery or withdraw consent?

Write to us at info@airender.pl from the e-mail address linked to your account, pointing to the work — we will remove it from the gallery (the public link stops working). You can withdraw consent at any time; credits already granted stay on your account.

What does the promotional consent cover?

By ticking it you allow us to feature your work in CRS AiRender promotional materials — including our Facebook page — always with your signature if provided. Great free exposure for the author; the consent is independent from gallery publication and can also be withdrawn by e-mail.

What are 360 panoramas and where do they come from?

A 360 panorama is a spherical photo of an interior you can "look around" with a mouse or touch. CAD software such as CAD Decor PRO exports them. Upload the file in the 🌐 360 panoramas tab of the panel — panoramas are detected automatically — and you get a full-screen viewer link to send to your client.

How much does panorama hosting cost?

Publishing a panorama is currently free. Your account holds up to 50 panoramas — delete older ones when you hit the limit. The link never expires until you remove the panorama.

What is a virtual tour and what does it cost?

A tour combines 2-10 panoramas of one interior under a single link — the client moves between rooms using the bar at the bottom or by clicking pulsing arrows placed e.g. in doorways. Publishing a tour costs 5 credits — one-time, the link is permanent and editing (order, arrows, title) is free. Limit: 10 active tours per account.

How do I add transition arrows between rooms?

Click 🎯 next to a tour, pick a scene, then click the preview where the passage is (e.g. a door) and choose where it leads. Saved arrows show up in the viewer as pulsing violet dots. Editing arrows is free, any time.

Can a panorama appear in the public gallery?

Yes — click "Submit to the public gallery" next to a panorama and add your signature. After moderation it appears in the gallery's 360 section and in your author portfolio. Panoramas do not take part in the likes ranking — that one is for renders.

How do I delete a panorama or tour?

In the 🌐 360 panoramas tab click 🗑 — the public link stops working immediately. Note: tour publication credits are non-refundable, and deleting a panorama used in a tour removes it from the tour's scenes as well.

What are animations and how do I generate one?

An animation is a short (~8 s) cinematic MP4 clip generated by AI from your render. In the 🎬 Animations tab pick a render (or click 🎬 next to a fresh result), choose a camera move — dolly, orbit, walkthrough or close-up — and the aspect (16:9 or vertical 9:16 for Instagram/TikTok). Generation takes 1-6 minutes; the finished clip gets a link to send to your client.

What does an animation cost, and what if it fails?

A clip costs 10 credits, charged when you submit. If generation fails for technical reasons the credits are refunded automatically — you only pay for successful clips. A daily limit of 10 animations applies.

How does the two-frame animation work?

Provide two renders — a start and an end frame — and AI generates a smooth cinematic transition between them. Great for two variants of the same interior (e.g. colour schemes) or two views of a room. Tick "two-frame animation" in the generator and upload both images.

Can I describe my own camera move?

Yes — the "refine the motion" field accepts your own guidance (Polish or English) added to the chosen preset. Start with the presets though: they are tuned for interiors and give the most predictable results, and every generation costs credits.
